We offer a complimentary printable ring sizer on our website. Alternatively, you can visit any of our showroom locations for a professional fitting, or we can mail a physical plastic sizer to your home upon request.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most jewelry in its original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and special orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer shipping insurance on high-value items?
Yes, all Gunderson's Jewelers shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely and securely.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Absolutely. Gunderson's Jewelers strictly adheres to the Kimberley Process, ensuring that all of our diamonds are conflict-free and sourced from reputable suppliers who meet our high ethical standards.
Do you provide appraisals for insurance purposes?
Every purchase of $1,000 or more comes with a complimentary retail replacement appraisal. We also have certified gemologists on staff who can provide professional appraisals for your heirloom pieces.
