At Gunderson's Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, appraisals, and warranty cards before sealing it in a shipping box.

  Ship to Gunderson's

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
